IBC Human Resources Company acted as a subcontractor of InvestKinoProyekt Ltd, Russian operator of a network of entertainment complexes, in August 2005.

The IBC team was contracted to fill several key positions for entertainment complex management within tight deadlines. We invited IBC at a time when there was no time to research the market and the selection cycle in the classic sense was seen as a luxury beyond our means, although this was not supposed to influence the quality. In this situation IBC worked accurately, quickly and professionally. The first candidates for financial positions were presented in 3 days, and they were in fully compatible with our complicated requirements. The representatives of our company present at the selection session noted the high quality of the organization of the work and competence of the team.

I would like to extend the greatest thanks and appreciation to Larisa Bogdanova and Tatyana Zakharova, specialists of the IBC Agency. Within an unimaginably short time – less than one day – from a telephone request from Moscow they selected three candidates for a vacancy of a regional consultant in Yekaterinburg for a European technical company, expanding its business in the Russian Federation. The vacancy arose suddenly, and it had to be filled within three days (including the preliminary selection of the candidates by the agency and conducting of the interview, telephone interview, a visit to Moscow and a meeting with the European representative).
